RENTAL Prices:
One Day Event $750- $1000.
Depends on Date, number of people, length of time.
Normal: 4-6 Hours including set up and clean up
Cleaning Fee of $150 in addition to the rental rate. This fee may be more, depending on the condition of the property. Additional cleaning fee may include outside patio, and/or use of kitchen facilities.
Security deposit is required on all reservations IN ADDITION TO THE CLEANING FEE
All renters are required to have event day insurance. This is easily obtained through a homeowner's or car insurance company. Proof of insurance, contract, and deposit are due 90 days prior to rental. All information is provided in the downloadable contracts.
CLUBHOUSE RENTALS

Includes theater production, classroom instruction, multi day events. Call for prices, which are negotiated based on month and may include utilities, and other fees.
