CLUBHOUSE RENTALS
Looking for the perfect spot to have a birthday party, anniversary celebration, wedding, or a theater production? The Clubhouse is available to rent for your next event, located in the Tennis Club Area of Downtown Palm Springs!

RENTAL PRICES:
One-Day Event: $750- $1000
Depends on date, number of people and length of time.
Normal Time: 4-6 hours including set up and clean up.
Cleaning Fee of $150 in addition to the rental rate. This fee may be more, depending on the condition of the property. Additional cleaning fee may include outside patio, and/or use of kitchen facilities.
Security deposit is required on all reservations IN ADDITION TO THE CLEANING FEE.
All renters are required to have event-day insurance. This is easily obtained through a homeowner's or car insurance company. Proof of insurance, contract, and deposit are due 90 days prior to rental. All information is provided in the downloadable contracts.
Parking available for 17 spots in front of property
Rental can include 14 rounds and chairs. Some linens and chair covers are available at an extra cost for events.
Room is able to accommodate a larger reception using long tables.
Stage was set for vows which allowed everyone in the room to see the bride and groom.
Kitchen is perfect for catered events where food is prepared offsite.
Multiple Day Events
Examples are theater productions, classroom instruction, etc. Call for prices, which are negotiated based on month and may include utilities and other fees.
